- Add the OpenAI-compatible Python client as a bounded runtime dependency.
- Read LLM credentials and endpoint settings from environment variables instead of a local configuration module.
- Make the server host and port configurable for container networking.
- Disable automatic browser launching by default for headless deployments.
- Add a no-store /health endpoint for container and reverse-proxy health checks.
- Update the deployment-related runtime documentation and environment variable examples.

All application and documentation changes are intentionally kept separate from the upcoming container image and CI/CD configuration.
