Replace central character definitions and arena constants with automatically
discovered content plugins, validated server-side hooks, and dynamically loaded
Canvas renderers. Add isolated built-in plugins for five characters and the
laboratory arena, plus host arena selection and tests for discovery and
gameplay. Provide scaffold commands, English architecture and contribution
guides, and agent instructions so students and coding assistants can add content
in separate directories with minimal merge conflicts.
